It's Karin, from Shadow Hearts: Covenant! This was a request from *Yoko-Wind, who likes Karin a lot but there apparently isn't enough art of her out there.

This took me who knows how long, I think maybe a year of on and off work.

I'm not really happy with the shading (I'm in the I-hate-my-own-art club), but I still like how it came out.

Edit: Woo, most views. It's probably because it's so big. LARGE CAPITAL LETTERS CATCH YOUR ATTENTION.

this obviously took you time. is that a variable width font? death! :skullbones:

you should think about using fixed width fonts like fixedsys when you do ascii art. it makes it more portable, and it might only take half a year that way ;)

Arial 10. It mainly took a year because I was busy with school and forgot about it and the like. I really don't plan on showing it off anywhere or anything, this is just for fun.

well it looks great. showing it off!

ascii is basically just for fun at its core so i'm down with your philosophy, but i'll still probably stick to fixed-width fonts myself :D

Urgh... I'm seriously being turned off by those "fixed width" people who preech that you "have" to use it... Does it really matter!? If you prefer your way, then everyone who disagrees needs to learn to respect your way. Why does this fixed width thing even matter!? Art is the way you express it and there should be no specific rule for it!

Anyway, it still looks kickass! No matter what anyone says! Karin came out lovely! And I love it! <3 Thank you again raven! :+favlove:
